Meet The Team
Director, Producer, Editor and Co-Cinematographer
Chithra’s first exposure to filmmaking began with a failed attempt to fund a film about an explosive water-sharing dispute between two states in India. Deeply affected by that failure, she quit a decade-long career as a Physical Therapist and went to film school. Now she makes socially conscious films. Her formative years in India, Kuwait and USA gives her multicultural sensibilities that helps her bring divergent viewpoints to any discussion naturally.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Sharon Marroquín is a dancer and choreographer based in Austin, Texas. In addition to her artistic endeavors, Sharon is also a bilingual elementary school teacher, and the proud mother of a beautiful eight year old son.
